The Jonas Front Desk module eliminates the need to have a paper sing up sheet or the staff manually maintain a "sign-in" log. Paper is not reportable so it doesn't give your team the ability to report and track which members have been there and when. As with all Jonas system its integrated to the member database for quick member information with fast check in procedures. Allows multiple rooms and facilities to be tracked. Confirms Member Status, Chit History, Address, Picture, and any messages.

An attendant monitor can be setup which monitors the members while they check themselves in providing quick information. Members can check in via a member ID system and card swipe, keyboard, or touch Screen (hand scanning is due out soon). Reporting includes an activity log and attendance report that is date specific and drills down into specific rooms, members, etc.
