This past spring and summer we've had so many clubs call us with stories of erroneous checks that have been paid on the club's checking accounts. Some clubs have reported several tens and hundreds of thousands in theft. How can this be prevented?

Jonas Positive Pay (AP ARP) module allows you to generate a text file that can be forwarded to the bank for check reconciliation purposes. Positive Pay does not pay vendor monies .... it sends the bank a file containing detail information about the checks that have been issued. When checks are presented for payment at the paying bank, the bank will compare the actual check with the data provided by the club to ensure the check has not been altered with regard to Payee or Amount.
